Gynecological Treatments
Other non-ablative Nd:YAG procedures
G-runner™
The G-runner™ scanner is designed for automatic, precise and carefully controlled delivery of laser energy to the vaginal canal for more homogenous coverage of the vaginal mucosa. With procedure-guiding presets and touch control, G-runner eliminates errors and improves patient and operator comfort with all SMOOTH intravaginal procedures.
G-Set
The G-Set contains a laser speculum and angular + circular golden-mirror adapters for use with the PS03 and R11 handpieces. The G-Set is designed for performing minimally invasive gynecological treatments.
R09-2GU Er:Yag (2940 nm)
Used in intraurethral treatments. Highest quality bio-compatible materials such as titanium and gold. Fotona’s innovative handpiece technology optimizes the delivery of laser pulses to the treatment area.
R27c
Slightly smaller and more maneuverable thant he R27, the R27c handpiece safely and precisely delivers Nd:YAG laser energy transmitted through optical fiber to the treatment site. The handpiece is intended for use with Fotona's SP and XP line laser systems and any other Fotona laser systems that support QCW operation mode with 200 µm, 300 µm, 400 µm, 600 µm and 1000 µm fibers.
PS03X
• Patterned HP. Spot sizes from 2-7 mm. New optics design MLA for higher fluences, color-coded ring.
R11
Dermatological straight handpiece. Spot sizes from 2 to 7 mm.
FS01
Dermatological fractional straight handpiece. Matrix — 9x9. Сovering area — 8.8 mm square.
R30Y
Non-contact non-collimated handpiece. Spot sizes from 15 and 20 mm.
R33-T with MatrixView®
Depending on the installed optics, the R33-T can provide a variable flat-beam spot size from 2 to 10 mm (the most popular set: 2, 4, 9 mm).
HC14-NE
Conical 0.6 mm fibre tip, cilindrical 1.3 mm fibre tip.
SmoothTouch LA Adapter
Intra-oral angular adapter designed to facilitate easier positioning of the laser beam during Fotona4D® treatments.
MarcCo (S, M L)
The Latest Line of Handpieces for Photobiomodulation and Pain Management. Delivers a unique, collimated & homogenous beam profile. Sterilizable spacers offer increased safety.
Technologies
Fotona SMOOTH® Mode enables non-ablative laser skin remodeling based on controlled induction of thermal injury of the collagen while preserving the epidermis. In addition to an immediate effect resulting in the shrinkage of collagen fibers, the initiation of neocollagenesis occurs causing the generation of new collagen.
The new methodology extends the duration of Nd:YAG treatments to the seconds regime, and does not cause high initial temperature peaks in the epidermis. It is therefore indicated for treatments where overall homogeneous, bulk heating of the dermis is desired.
