The main speaker is Olga Khainovska (Ukraine), an international business trainer and consultant in salon management with over 20 years of experience.

As a co-founder of the international beauty salon network Fast Line Studio, as well as DUSO (Ukraine) and Proxy Beauty (Romania, Spain), Olga specializes in implementing business systems that truly work and scale.
