The DermLite DL4W is identical in shape, size and almost all features to the DermLite DL4. The difference of the DL4W is the absence of the orange PigmentBoost illumination, thus increasing the number of white LEDs. The button on the left, which on the DL4 is gold and turns on the PigmentBoost, on the DL4W is steel and is used to turn on and switch the backlight modes. All DL4 accessories fit the DL4W.
