• Theoretical Presentation (2 hours): An in-depth introduction to the principles and methods of Aptos thread lifting.
• Practical Session (Hands-On): Each participant will engage in hands-on training with guidance from experienced instructors. The session duration will be approximately 40 minutes per participant, depending on the group size.

• Participation in the theoretical part is free of charge. No certificate will be issued.
• Participation in both the theoretical part and the practical session, followed by receiving an Aptos certificate, is 250 EUR as a deposit, which participants can use on the day of the event to purchase Aptos threads.
