SP Dynamis Nx Line Technologies

SP Dynamis Nx Line boasts advanced features such as eco-friendly CoolMist™ skin cooling and MatrixView® thermal sensors directly integrated into its handpieces.

Patented CoolMist™ Skin Cooling:

CoolMist™ is Fotona’s patented skin-cooling technology, based on dry-spray molecular cooling (DMC™) of the skin surface. The CoolMist™ water spray is integrated into the handpieces and scanner to improve comfort and enhance safety. It uses room temperature air and water so there is no risk of cryo-injury by over-cooling the skin.

Dynamic Vacuum Technology:

The SP Dynamis Nx Line also incorporates integrated vacuum technology that is based on dynamically controlled intermittent suction and represents a unique add-on to enhance the Nx Line’s exceptional versatility. This unique solution works with a variety of radial applicators for highly efficient deep-tissue body and facial aesthetic treatments.

L-Runner Nd: Yag (1064 nm)

It has a maximum scanning area of 42 cm2 with a spot size of 6 mm. For convenience, when working with the body, the handle can be rotated at an angle of up to 55 °. Used to remove blood vessels over large areas, body sculpting and remove fat deposits.

F-Runner Er:Yag (2940 nm)

Fractional scanner for rapid erbium resurfacing of scars and cicatrices. Its 250 µm diameter microchannels can reach up to 1100 µm deep into the skin and with a scanning area of 168 mm2.

T-Runner Er:Yag (2940 nm)

Scanner for Fotona TightSculpting® treatment. The spot size is 8 mm and the scan area is 80 x 80 mm. It has adjustable scan areas, shapes, patterns and multiple operation modes (MSP, SP, LP, VLP, XLP and V-SMOOTH).

X-Restart Er:Yag (2940 nm)

Scanner-comb for laser hair treatment and for ablative laser biorevitalization.

G-Runner Er:Yag (2940 nm)

Gynecological scanner-robot 360° and 90°. Used for intravaginal laser treatment of the vagina.

G-Set Intravaginal Accessory Set

Set for intravaginal laser treatment (without robot). The set includes: handpiece R11 and PSO3, angled (90°) and round (360°) adapters. SClear — disposable tips and MClear — sterilizable tips are available.

Used in intraurethral treatments.

Surgical Set

Fotona4D®

Fotona4D® is a groundbreaking non-surgical face lifting procedure resulting in a rejuvenated, natural-looking appearance.

NightLase®

Fotona’s NightLase® therapy is a non-invasive, patient-friendly laser treatment for increasing the quality of a patient’s sleep. NightLase reduces the effects of sleep apnea and decreases the amplitude of snoring by means of a gentle, laser-induced tightening effect caused by the contraction of collagen in the oral mucosa tissue.

TightSculpting®

Fotona TightSculpting® is a unique dual-wavelength, non-invasive laser treatment for sculpting and skin tightening on all body areas. The exclusive delivery modes are used in concert for hyperthermic adipocyte destruction and collagen remodeling with exceptional results. SmoothEye®

A Non-Ablative Fotona SMOOTH® Mode Treatment for Tightening of the Periocular Region

SmoothEye® is a new and exciting non-ablative Fotona SMOOTH® mode treatment for tightening of the periocular region and reducing the appearance of periorbital wrinkles. SmoothEye® significantly tightens loose and aging skin of the eyelids and periocular region with little-to-no downtime and maximum patient comfort, making this a very sought after non-invasive cosmetic procedure.

After a few treatment sessions, the result is improved skin elasticity, overall structure, and volume with significant wrinkle reduction.

LipLase™

Non-Invasive Plumping for Fuller Lips without Injectables

Fotona SMOOTH® modality Er:YAG provides an immediate response that patients will notice. In contrast to injectable fillers, the LipLase™ treatment is non-invasive, and there is nothing artificial as patients develop their own collagen in their lips. With several adjusted passes the characteristics of ‘ideal lips’ can be achieved such as fullness, volume, correct balance between the upper and lower lips and a well-defined vermilion border.

For even deeper collagen stimulation Nd:YAG laser in PIANO mode is used, which is the safest mode for reaching deeper lying skin tissues, with minimal thermal effect on the surface.
